Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform which allows us to promote and arrange to provide our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. We also use Squeegee as our job management system to help run our service, scheduling, invoicing and records. Your data is held securely by Squeegee in the UK/EU. This notice explains how your personal information is handled.

• Job details, service notes, access instructions and quotation/invoice history

• Payment status and references (we do not store full card numbers or bank login details)

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information is used for the specific reasons stated above.
